In October 2020, I worked with John Lewis & Partners to create their new five-year brand manifesto.
In February 2020, I wrote and edited brand publications for an international technology brand, supporting the brand identity redesign completed by Pentagram.
Until December 2019, I managed all brand-level messages for John Lewis & Partners. I commissioned, wrote and consulted on all brand statements used online, in store and in press, including brand manifesto and positioning statements. This included managing all copy and editorial for the John Lewis & Partners 2018 rebrand as an 18-month project. The rebrand campaign launched with a TV advert, supported with in-store, digital, print and press comms focusing on service and Partner contribution.
