Managed all brand-level messages for John Lewis & Partners. Commissioned, wrote and consulted on all brand statements used online, in store and in press, including brand manifesto and positioning statements.


This included managing all copy and editorial for the John Lewis & Partners 2018 rebrand as an 18-month project. The rebrand campaign launched with a TV advert, supported with in-store, digital, print and press comms focusing on service and Partner contribution.
