Managed all brand-level messages for John Lewis & Partners. Commissioned, wrote and consulted on all brand statements used online, in-store and in press, including brand manifesto and positioning statements.


This included managing all copy and editorial for the John Lewis & Partners 2018 rebrand as an 18-month project. The rebrand campaign launched with a TV advert, supported with in-store, digital, print and press comms focusing on service and Partner contribution.
