As a freelancer, I've created email, social, video and other marketing content for a range of clients, including welcome and marketing email copy for Vio.com to update the tone of voice and push app sign-ups. I also wrote copy for Soldo's social posts and ads to support marketing campaigns, introduce new product features and drive customers to articles, and created video scripts to support marketing campaigns and new product launches. 

Additionally, I edited a full suite of insurance customer emails and letters for John Lewis Finance including welcome, renewal, confirmation, schedule and cancellation comms, and wrote social campaign copy to grow likes +243% and shares +264% on Facebook.

As the John Lewis Copy Lead, I managed a team of CRM copywriters to produce all copy for John Lewis & Partners' weekly marketing and campaign emails (5m customer base). These comms pushed the brand tone of voice and focused on seasonal trends to drive authority in fashion.
