In 2020, I worked with the John Lewis & Partners team to create campaign territories, ideas, content and copy for their Autumn 2020, Christmas 2020 and Spring 2021 marketing campaigns. As part of the Autumn 2020 work, I created the 'For...' copy device to focus comms on what products allowed you to do, rather than the product features.
I previously created campaign ideas for John Lewis & Partners, including 'Share the Wonder' for Christmas 2019 and 'Room for Living', which focused home comms on customer lifestyles rather than room styles. I developed creative territories in response to briefs, supported with communication hierarchies and tones of voice. Worked closely with designers to create sign-off packs and present strategy to stakeholders.
